It sounds too good to be true. Are there any catches?
No. Our offer is a GENUINE CASH PURCHASE and we pay a Trade price typically 75%-85% of the current market value of the property, but remember, you pay NO fees, it is IMMEDIATE, and it will put you in a strong position for making all your financial decisions.

Can I buy my house back?
Yes. If your financial difficulties are likely to be temporary you might wish to have an option to buy back your home at a later date. If so, we'll agree with you a market value and a buy-back timescale. When the time comes, you'll either have the option of buying back your home – and we are obliged to stick to the price we've quoted you even if house prices have increased – or walk away from the deal with no loss whatsoever.

What if I can't afford the costly legal fees?
Sell to Rent Ltd arranges the solicitor and pays for all the associated fees involved with selling your home and renting it as a tenant. There are NO LEGAL FEES for you to pay and NO HIDDEN CHARGES.

If you offer a Trade price, won't I be losing out?
Our offer will be a percentage below the market value, but the price we offer is exactly what you will get once your mortgage and loans have been repaid – with no deductions! Think how much you would be likely to pay in estate agent, legal and mortgage fees if you were to sell your home privately (let alone the length of time that would take) and you will find Sell to Rent's offer to be very attractive.

I've already got a repossession order on my house. Is it too late?
No. But you need to contact Sell to Rent Ltd quickly so that we can act fast and deal directly with your lender to put the court order on hold.

I've got lots of other loans and credit cards. Can you help me sort those out too?
Yes. We can clear up to 80% of unsecured debts such as credit cards, personal loans and overdrafts at the time your mortgage is paid off, leaving you with a genuine chance to make a fresh start with your finances. What if the rent is really expensive?
